Administrative & Accounting Executive

About the role:
Customindz is looking for an Administrative & Accounting Executive. While this Administrative & Accounting Executive should be capable to handle general account bookkeeping and P&L, general office administrative support, employee expense claim, and all government funding applications and administrative follow-up.

Job responsibilities:
• Perform daily accounting operations, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, documentation, etc;
• Responsible for all administrative work in the government funding application and follow up works
• Assist in accounting and other ad hoc assignments
• Provide general office administrative support as required

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher, Diploma holder in Accounting, or equivalent;
• 1-2 years working experience in accounting and administration functions;
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Peachtree will be an advantage;
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
