We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven representative to scout, vet, acquire, and onboard new Vertoe partners for our growing marketplace. This is a sales oriented position and has the opportunity to grow into a sales leadership role.

Main responsibilities
-Identify potential partners based on Vertoe’s current Partner profile
-Reach out to leads via phone, email or in-person
-Vet the location to make sure it is able to adhere to Vertoe’s Partner standards
-Onboard the partner and provide training to assure partner success process
-Assist with partner-related customer service issues

Compensation
Base salary and additional commission for hitting goals as well as bonuses for overachieving goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Must-haves
-Self-starter, this job requires you to manage your own time and be able to constantly evaluate priorities
-Great people and communication skills, you will be spending most of your time talking to prospects and be the face that represents Vertoe for them
-Maturity and a get-it-done attitude, you will be expected to find solutions, not excuses
-Willingness and fortitude to be rejected several times a day, you will be expected to not take rejection personally, and push through dry spells to still hit goals
-Flexibility and adaptability to the fast pace nature of working at a consumer-facing startup

Good to have
-Retail sales, customer service, or other consumer-facing role experience
-Advance Google Docs and Trello skills
-Willingness to travel
