We are looking for a Client Success Executive to join us on this exciting journey. This hands-on opportunity will provide you with invaluable insights & hone your negotiation, persuasion & communication skills. Learn and take the lead in identifying business opportunities, develop proposals, brainstorm ideas on business strategy & maintain fruitful relationships with our wide range of clients.

Job Responsibilities
- Organise sales visits, build positive relationships with clients & partners
- Research, identify & engage potential leads through online & offline channels
- Qualify leads through cold calling, emailing or automation tools
- Update or follow up on existing leads database
- Maintain sales activity records, prepare monthly sales report & market findings
- Work hand in hand & support the Account Manager / Marketing in developing a sustainable sales pipeline

Ideal Requirements
- Pleasant looking, driven, enjoys interacting & build relations with partners
- Tech savvy, self-starter with good time management skills
- Excellent in communication, Microsoft Office proficient, good with data crunching
- Prior experience with people-facing or customer service roles be advantageous
