WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Reporting to the VP Sales and Business Development, your role will be to develop and implement business partnerships with OEM and strategic clients. More specifically you will:

- Support the development of OEM partnerships on a project-by-project basis.
- Scope partnership parameters, secure agreements and execute plans to leverage OEM partnerships as a vector of growth.
- Create product and sales collaterals to support partnership development.
- Improve Vention's distributor program in key market segments and actively manage the relationship with Vention's distributor network
- Plan and execute Vention's tradeshow calendar (including show selection, logistic planning, booth readiness, etc.) and actively participate in Vention tradeshows in USA and Canada.
- Identify and prospect relevant industry associations that Vention should be a part of, and leverage existing associations to further develop the business

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- MBA and Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
- Professional communication style (written and oral)
- Passion for establishing long-term business relationships
- Curiosity for engineering topics
