Venatrix is working with a company whose revolutionary technology tracks users’ online behaviour in real time. Traditional data platforms take days to turn user behaviour into profitable insights; our client’s software generates insights in milliseconds, allowing online publishers and brands to react almost immediately to how a customer or reader is acting online. The value of this technology is huge; the company’s clients, including brands like Amazon and Buzzfeed, and publishers like The Evening Standard and The Mirror, use the platform to put appropriate content and adverts in front of their users in the time it takes a webpage to load. This means bigger impact, better user experience, and greater customer loyalty and purchasing potential.

The company are seeking a high-flying graduate to join the business in a Customer Success Manager role. What does the job involve?

You will be given a portfolio of clients to manage, and you will be responsible for ensuring that they have the best possible experience of the platform and company, for developing great long-term relationships and for maximising their value to the business. Day-to-day, your job will be to:

Gain a deep understanding of the technology and its commercial benefits.
Lead your customers’ kick-off meetings.
Understand your customers’ wider goals and explore opportunities for the company to help.
Agree ROI goals, and create and implement a plan to achieve them.
Represent your customers in product development meetings.
Lead quarterly business reviews.
Coordinate renewals and upsells.
Become an industry expert able to advise on best practice.

Excellent academics. A degree in an academic subject from a top university, as well as outstanding GCSEs and A-levels.

Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Two years’ experience working in a top graduate scheme.
