Velotio is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive for our inside sales team. You will report to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO). This position requires experience in scaling outsourced product engineering services business with lead generation.

Experience: 4 – 7 years

Key Responsibilities:
----------------------------
- Execute outreach strategies for targeting ISVs and enterprise customers with outsourcing needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Velotio’s service offerings and identify key growth and lead generation strategies.
- Generate leads through targeted account-based approach, outbound prospecting, and calling on inbound leads
- Build and expand the lead database and maintain CRM data quality. Design and execute campaigns working closely with the CSO.
- Work on various aspects of the sales process helping to close deals.

Qualifications:
-------------------
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the outsourcing industry with exposure to international markets (US)
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Business, Sales & Marketing, Technology or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and social media skills for lead generation
- Ability to develop executive level relationships and lead strategic initiatives with the customer, and present Velotio value proposition to C-level executives.
- Superior writing, presentation and overall communication skills, ability to develop proposals and presentations that convey the business need and client benefit.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented and number driven.
