The Revenue Manager will perform multiple critical roles for a rapidly growing early stage short term rental hospitality management company that is in the process of scaling throughout North America.

You will need to be able to think systematically, leverage data and analytics to optimize performance, manage various short term rental and bespoke software solutions, synthesize solutions, and communicate well with peers and superiors. You must be willing to own your own work, lead initiatives at times, follow directions from management, create and work checklists to completion, utilize multiple pieces of software, communicate clearly in writing and by phone, and work well with others to build something great. This is a career accelerating opportunity for the right candidate.

Any candidate should be a well-organized, data driven, problem solver with a four year degree in Revenue Management, Data Science, or similar. Candidate will reside in or be willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA.

• Develop algorithms to maximize revenues based on supply and demand over time horizons by market and product class
• Manage performance of inventory by channel and optimize for RevPAR
• Work proactively to optimize our revenue by staying ahead of the curve on shifts in supply and demand across our portfolio
• Leverage existing reporting and iterate new reporting mechanisms for company reporting and management purposes
• Build and optimize workflows over time
• Communicate insights and requests across functions to improve overall revenue performance and guest experience
