We are looking for an outstanding Business Development Executive (Online Bidding) who will take a key role on our team. Our Business Development Executive (Online Bidding) will be responsible for online bidding of projects on various portals like Upwork, Freelancer, ODesk, ELance, Guru etc. You must have full knowledge of all stages of software development. You’ll work alongside other developers and project stakeholders, collaborating on our clients’ projects as well as our internal projects. We need a person who is a team-player, has strong communication and problem-solving skills, and can think outside the box. You must have strong and effective inter-personal skills and have the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff, both in India and abroad.


• Business generation from multiple sources nationally and internationally.
• Acquiring business through different channels (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), ODesk, Elance etc.) for web design, web development, mobile application development, customized software development, IT/E-Commerce projects, SEO etc.
• Must have prior experience in International sales on various technologies like PHP, WordPress, Magento, Drupal, .Net, SQL Server, Android and IOS Development.
• Formulate an integrated and sustainable marketing campaign to create an effective brand visibility and generate active leads to the online platform.
• Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire a portfolio of clients, delivering on pre-set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Develop sales packages and attractive plans to accelerate sales leads and acquisitions.
• Online bidding and build business for the company. Prepare monthly pipeline reports for management purposes.
• Coordinate with the technical team to determine client need, project feasibility and respond to inquiries.

• Proven working experience in business development activities through online bidding portals.
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Should be proficient in business proposal writing, keeping follow-ups and requirements gathering.
• Prior experience in software or web development Company will be of advantage.
• Should preferably be from a technical background OR must have strong technical knowledge.
• A sound understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• SEO-Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a start-up environment.
