Job Description:
As Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for client success with our core products. The role encompasses many aspects of customer service, project management, and account management.

**This position is for the Sunday through Thursday shift!**

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as onboarding and product specialist for new clients
• Manage the recruitment process for client projects
• Provide strong support and assistance
• Build strong relationships with clients like Spotify, IDEO, and Pinterest
• Work with VP, Operations to scale internal operations/customer success infrastructure

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years experience at startup (nice to have, but not required)
• Excited by the prospect of building a company up from the ground floor
