Job Description:

As our Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the daily communications with our participants and new clients. The role will is heavily customer support focused. You play an integral part in understanding our participant and new client audience while building processes to manage their needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage all participant support tickets
• Manage inbound chats from our audience
• Track needs or potential improvements in participant experience
• Own and develop processes for customer satisfaction
• Work with VP, Operations to define role and build scalable CS solutions

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Self-starter
• Likes chatting with customers
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Enjoys problem-solving


• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years experience at startup (nice to have, but not required)
• Excited by the prospect of building a company up from the ground floor
