In this role, you’ll be the hero of our story ﹘ connecting dots across all departments and shaping, defining and owning a unified CX journey across all interactions. Not only will you be responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of service design, but also you’ll optimize the entire experience, including people, products, process and technology. You’re truly at the center of it all. Sales, services, Biz Dev ; you have the opportunity to shape everything.

In this role, you will:
• Take ownership of tackling some of the most challenging problems facing US Mobile and our customers.
• Work across teams to engage project partners, deeply understand problems, and use data to drive outcomes.
• Diagnose complex problems and develop compelling, data-driven recommendations.
• Relentlessly and swiftly execute on those recommendations until you’ve achieved the desired outcome.
• Take care of your teammates.
• Dedicate time for reflection and continual self-improvement.



We're looking for:
Education: BA or BS degree required;

Experience:
We welcome Fresh Graduates and experienced individuals alike for this position.
