We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and analytical marketer to join our growing team as a Marketing Associate.

At Urban Jungle we are fixing insurance for young people, who have long been ignored. We help people get better suited insurance, and set them up to better plan for their financial futures. Over two years of consistently doing the right thing by our customers we’ve built one of the top rated home insurance brands in the UK and are growing incredibly quickly.

We’ve launched some great products, closed a new funding round and now need to bring someone on board to help us quickly scale our customer acquisition and create a new type of insurance brand.

Your key responsibilities would include:

* Managing and iterating on our key acquisition channels
* Planning and running tests to rapidly improve performance
* Working with agencies to improve their performance
* Coordinating with product, tech and ops to make sure we are executing at a high level and delivering a great customer experience
* Rolling your sleeves up and getting involved wherever you are needed

You should apply if you:

* Have between 6 months and 3 years of digital marketing experience
* Are adept at making data driven and customer focused decisions
* Are an enthusiastic problem solver, and comfortable when things chop and change a lot
* Are ambitious and excited about the challenges and opportunities of working in a high growth business
* Are an easy-going person who gets on well with people from diverse backgrounds and points of view
* No experience of insurance or financial services is required

You must be able to work at our offices in Oval, South London.
