We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join the UpStack family, working to scale our new customer revenue by transforming our acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, and email marketing channels. Working within the Growth Team, you will play a critical role in developing & improving the conversion funnel for all of our core marketing channels. You will lead conversion rate optimization tactics and testing strategies to help acquire new customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in directly managing marketing campaigns with a focus on continuous testing and increasing conversion rates for B2B service models. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be extremely data-driven, have exceptional analytical skills, be a strong communicator with the ability to present learnings and have a go-getter attitude.


YOU WILL:

-> Build, maintain and optimize campaigns and landing pages across SEM and Paid Social channels
-> Drive the strategy for landing experiences & on-site conversion rate optimization
-> Continuously optimize campaigns to hit targets for core KPI's
-> Work cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success teams to develop seamless landing experiences for campaigns & help increase conversion rates
-> Own our on-site lead capture experience, continuously running A/B tests to increase lead conversion rates
-> Develop interesting email campaigns to inform, educate, and entice potential customers
-> Use customer segmentation research to ideate new strategies, tactics and tests
-> Own social media; greenfield opportunity to develop "brand personality" via Linkedin, Instagram and relevant online communities
-> Remain up-to-date on all new trends & products within the industry; performing competitive analyses of table stakes features and experiences
-> Help lead our initiatives in testing new marketing channels based on trends, both micro and macro


REQUIREMENTS:

-> 2-3 years of experience directly managing paid marketing channels & landing page testing
-> Deep understanding of CRO strategies and tactics to remove friction in lead capture funnels
-> Demonstrated success in driving sales/revenue while positively impacting CAC and LTV
-> Well-versed in web analytics; not afraid to roll up sleeves and troubleshoot technical issues
-> Ability to communicate results to various stakeholders and clearly present data
-> Hands-on experience with landing page development & funnel tracking
-> Deep curiosity and a love of learning
-> Exceptional data analytics skills; ability to draw conclusions from large data sets and form actionable insights


BONUS POINTS FOR:

-> Experience with Salesforce and Pardot
-> Experience with Heap Analytics, HotJar and/or Google Optimize
-> Experience working in a B2B, lead generation, or marketplace environment
