Up&Up, a housing finance start-up that allows renters to access the financial benefits of ownership by investing upfront and over time, is seeking an experienced and talented Inside Sales Development Representative to support management and partner agents in closing leads, answering inbound inquiries and prospecting. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that intersects real estate with cutting edge technology products.

Daily Responsibilities
+ Source opportunities via inbound sales calls, lead follow-up, and outbound comms
+ Secure appointments for Homevest partner agents and realtors
+ Analyze risk profiles of tenants
+ Review home and pricing rents alongside the real estate data team
+ Assist Homevest agents with executing real estate transactions
+ Maintain and update CRM on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Key Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 1-2 years of sales experience with a passion for real estate and technology
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills, concise verbal and written communications
+ Team player that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while balancing changing priorities and completing tasks independently

Additional Qualifications
+ Experience using CRM systems (Hubspot/Salesforce) preferred
+ Real estate salesperson license in any state
+ Mortgage loan broker license in any state
