About Us:
Unlimited Tomorrow’s global mission is to empower amputees with prosthetic limbs that are 10X better than the next best alternative, and at one-tenth the cost. To do this, we utilize the latest technologies such as 3D scanning, 3D printing, advanced microelectronics, CAD automation techniques, and AI/machine learning. We are revolutionizing the experience of evaluating, acquiring, and wearing/using, a prosthetic limb from start to finish.

The Position:
We are seeking an experienced VP of Marketing to be responsible for the overall marketing efforts [and results of the company]. The VP of Marketing will oversee marketing strategies and efforts in order to strengthen the company's market position and achieve the desired business goals. Eventually, we will have a large marketing department, with specialized skills across the gamut, so leadership and team-building skills are important. Initially, however, the successful candidate needs to be a “do-er”, as well as a manager; right now, everyone in the Company, including all managers, gets (professional) dirt under their fingernails.

In other words, we are looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic VP of Marketing who will not only execute in the trenches but also provide strategic leadership, from a market and product perspective to our management team.

VP of Marketing Responsibilities:
Drive the strategic vision and lead execution for all aspects of the company’s marketing activities
Responsible for the annual marketing plan, strategy, and team
Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
Determine KPIs for the marketing department
Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
Implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
Manage marketing budget and expenditures
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies
Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholders

VP of Marketing Requirements:
Desire to execute on the strategy, not just hire people to execute on the strategy (that will come with time)
3+ years of experience across tradition and digital [Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior roles]
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of market research
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
Strong analytical and project management skills
Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
No specific experience in the human prosthetic space is required, but experience in direct-to-consumer business models preferred.
