Why is the position important:
We aspire to be hottest start-up in HR Tech space and are looking at passionate, self-starters to be a part of our journey and own the rapid scale up and accelerate the growth story.
You shall be a part of management team and shall own the Revenue P&L and shall provide leadership, incl hands-on execution, for building the Sales engine for UniHyr product suite in India (to start with) and eventually in global geographies.
You shall be responsible for identifying prospective clients and building the sales funnel and executing and signing up client partnerships. You should be as comfortable pitching the product and negotiating client closures. This job requires high levels of creativity and strategic thinking and will require working closely with Tech, Product and Customer success teams

What would you be accountable for:
- Accountable for Revenue P&L and own the Business Development/ Sales efforts for all UniHyr product suites to ensure meeting committed Revenue targets
- Build sales pipeline funnel to meet committed Enterprise deployments as per the agreed business scale up roadmap
- Manage Key account relationships and increase the account size
- Build Enterprise sales team (incl inside sales/ account management) and groom, guide & steward them
- Work with teams to develop the marketing strategy, Digital marketing, network & events marketing
- Create and organize compelling product presentations for prospective clients.
- Seek out and develop alternate sales channels, reseller partnerships to enhance UniHyr outreach
