The Office Manager will work closely with others in the company. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor. The individual in this role must understand priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the team. A high level of integrity, discretion in handling sensitive information, and professionalism in dealing with investors and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.

Responsibilities
* Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams 
* Process business expense reimbursement requests, invoices and PO management
* Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
* Work closely with the leadership and others to provide support to the organization
* Work effectively within a variety of situations, individuals and groups applying the 'whatever it takes' attitude
* Assist CEO in requests
* Manage the day-to-day running operations of the office
* Serve as the point person for office maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
* Assist and manage the office assets including ordering and maintaining inventory of equipment, software, handling office-related matters, and facilitating any big events that UnifyID hosts or participates in
* Oversee the operation and maintenance of office equipment (e.g. printers, phone system, kitchen appliances)
* Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration
* Manage relationships and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
* Support new office-related projects as needed to drive team engagement and create a comfortable and enjoyable working environment
* Ad-hoc requests to support the team, including event planning/coordination, external meetings, team building activities, and community events
* Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
* Take pride in owning the office appearance (managing upkeep of conference rooms, kitchen, front desk area, common areas, etc) and create a positive environment for the team

* Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with the team, your peers, and cross-functional partners



Qualifications
* 2+ years of relevant work experience where 1-3 years of experience are working with senior management
* Comfortable in a start-up environment
* Strong communication, organization, time management, and multi-tasking/prioritization skills
* Customer service skills for internal and external audiences
* Collaborative team player
* Demonstrated professional maturity (discretion, flexibility, and a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision)
* Demonstrate logical analysis and problem-solving skills, able to find solutions without involving others
* Strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google calendar and applications
* Familiarity with different computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, etc
* Ability to respond quickly and adapt to unfamiliar situations
* Proactive, team-first attitude; self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Friendly and professional demeanor; utilizes discretion when appropriate
* Bachelor's degree preferred
