Job Summary
We are looking for a data analyst with experience in hardware and BOM (bill of materials) data management. Solid background on NPI factory process and contract manufacturing interactions. The Data Integrity Analyst plays an important role in finding and tracking data integrity issues and resolution of activities end to end. This is a multi-functional role working with contract manufacturer, third-party vendors, engineering, operations, and other teams, in assessing data integrity issues, performing data analysis, impact analysis, root cause analysis, and production rollouts.

products), BOM management/configuration management and knowledge of
factory process

• You have a strong data manipulation skill including database application
knowledge, experience working with large volumes of data and knowledge of
big data challenges is highly desirable and the ability to resolve issues using
analytical tools
• You are proficient in MS Excel (Macros ability), Tableau and AGILE or other
Product Lifecycle Management tools
• You have Problem-solving skills, demonstrating good judgment in identifying
methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and a strong track record of
producing analytic insight that has led to significant improvements
Drive data accuracy, BOM readiness & administration, build custom Tableau
dashboards for test stations, overall BOM and dashboard tool administration, report
BOM readiness and maintain data accuracy and metrics while also ensuring accuracy,
quality and integrity.
• Manage and analyze the data integrity for parts at NPI builds, organizing and
maintaining the accuracy and the implementation of internal processes
• Work on multiple sets of data simultaneously and proactively drive BOM data
updates, ensure validity and compare to build plan and design changes
• Review data changes for accuracy and encourage completion for MP where
• Manage and close out BOM main issues lists (MIL)
• Ensure MP Test Time data accuracy and BOM lock in preparation for MP
• Run multiple projects for Bill of Material (BOM) component list completeness
and material readiness throughout all the development phases
• Handle NPI related ECR’s and sustaining ECR’s that affect new part changes
throughout the lifecycle of the products
• Proactively ensure data entries accuracy, validate against existing data, EOL
data cleanup
• Work closely with CM to ensure data reflect latest version at all times
• Review ECRs include accurate data before they are ready to be approved
• Highlight any issues including solution options in a timely manner
• Review data is consistently updated across LOBs
Tableau Dashboards:
• Use Tableau feeds to analyze, review and compare data is accurate across
LOBs. Highlighting any issues, proposing solution and implementing fixes
• Create tableau custom dashboards for stations across LOBs and verify data
• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting in Tableau
Tool Administration & Reporting:
• Document and create administrative data integrity SOP
• Deliver weekly reports on ghDS BOM tool and Tableau dashboards based on
• Manage reports and communication with key parties on data updates and
• BOM readiness, BOM Maturity, risk items, & pending ECRs, Tableau reports and
data metrics
• Partner with contract manufacturer, engineers, program managers and business
partners to understand data problems, define and build solutions, development
and implementation of the fixes / corrective actions and measures and
communicate results
• Performs data analysis, impact analysis, root cause analysis of the data quality
issues and drives corrective actions
• - Monitors data quality results, reports and dashboard, and consults on data
quality corrective action plans and helps monitor the quality of the data pipeline

• Requires BA or BS degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years of experience
in NPI product data management, document control or similar function
• Proficient in MS Excel, PLM systems or other data base platforms
• Knowledge of building dashboards using Tableau or similar tools
