We are looking for a talented and competitive Account Executive to accelerate our commercial growth. The individual would be based in Lisbon with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

x Learn Unbabel.com products, platform and value proposition
x Work in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales and Marketers for all sales leads and sales opportunities
x Maintain a territory account plan, prospect new accounts, identify qualified opportunities, and drive sales cycles to committed deals
x Own the business with an accurate sales pipeline that is 3x the quarterly quota
x Strategic and consultative selling helping large brands solve big problems
x Knockdown silos within organisations to drive enterprise-wide deals
x Ability to continuously learn and grow professionally within a collaborative work environment

Requirements

x Bachelor's Degree
x Demonstrable 3 to 5 years experience with enterprise software sales and/or tech sales
x Excellent interpersonal and people skills. Credibility internally and with customers
x Strong tenure with previous employers and sales roles
x Track record of over-achieving quota
x Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
x Track record of success and experience running executive level meetings
x Strong presentation skills, comfortable whiteboarding concepts, and ability to tell compelling stories tied to specific use cases
x Excellent written and verbal communication skills to help explain the value and benefits of Unbabel
x A team player who thrives in a fast growing environment who can help shape and positively impact the company beyond their individual business
x Highly motivated by building a business, and beating goals
x Attend industry events and user groups to generate market interest
x Attend industry recognised sales training programmes
x Native or near-native English verbal and written communications skills
x Willingness to travel
x Eligible to work in Portugal
