Job description
UENI is a "do-it-for-me" solution that sets us apart from DIY website builders and expensive digital agencies. We take an innovative approach to getting small businesses online by reducing the friction for a business owner to do so. UENI structures the data it collects from a business and creates a website for each business and listings on other high traffic platforms. We thus enable these businesses to complete online for the first time.
Today we are signing more than 2000 businesses everyday and we operate in the UK, Spain, France, the USA, LATAM, India and we are growing our global presence every month.
Your responsibilities include:
Prepare necessary paperwork for regular company procedures
Arrange staff travel and accommodations in our different offices
Prepare conference rooms
Develop and maintain policies, procedures and contracts in line with a growing business and employment law changes
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Provide general support to visitors
Organize and maintain employee records
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Collaborate with the Head of Talent to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates
Work alongside our Head of Talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process; owning the PSL, editing job descriptions, posting vacancies, headhunting and coordinating the recruitment process.Develop our employer brand, by creating a positive application experience for all applicants
Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Requirements
Proven experience in the tech sector, especially in a start-up environment – or at companies with similar pace
CIPD qualified would be an advantage
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
