Lead Technical Recruiter

Scispace is looking for a Technincal recruiter to join our world-class team! You will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition by performing various recruiting functions. This position will report to the CEO of Scispace.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a mix of hiring for technical and non-technical roles
• Must have built teams in a start-up environment or have built 0 to 1 teams previously
• Ability to identify, attract, engage, and effectively manage the interview, negotiation, and closing process
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and requirements in the AI field

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles Partner closely with hiring managers/leadership to build scalable recruiting processes and hire incredible talent
• Proactively source to build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, employee referrals, LinkedIn, virtual job fairs, etc.)
• Deploying strategies to build robust and diverse pipelines, ie targeted sourcing, employer branding, events, etc
