Sales Agent - Remote

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales person to support our team of designers, developers and project managers to sell more websites, software development, and mobile applications. You will be required to carry out prospecting and build relationships with qualified prospects.

The revenue model is purely commission based, but with higher margins than usual in the industry due to high production capacity and willingness to expand. You will receive the commission by a project (closed) or be recurring (monthly retainers).


  • You should already have an experience in sales and in the IT industry. You should have a wide network and capabilities to find outsourcing projects as soon as possible.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
  • Understanding of web & mobile development process;
  • Ability to understand basic technical terminology around website and software development;
  • Ability to use modern CRM and Invoicing tools;
  • Ability to set clear expectations and be cost-conscious;
  • Familiarity with digital agency processes, and able to work within a remote team;
  • Ability to listen, document customer requirements, and write sales proposals;
  • Experience with outsourcing projects;
  • Passion for IT & Software solutions;
  • Willingness to explore cutting-edge technologies and services in the IT sector.


  • Cold calling, emailing and qualifying prospects;
  • Preparing and following up on invoices;
  • Identify and develop new clients;
  • High-intensity territory coverage, aggressive follow-up on leads and account penetration, executive networking;
  • Build and maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline of quality business opportunities;
  • Visit prospective clients;
  • Conduct negotiations;
  • Close deals;
  • All other actions to sell our services.


  • CRM (to manage pipelines);
  • Prospecting tools;
  • Email templates;
  • Sales process training (including strategy, tactics, process, and sales collateral);
  • Exposure to big challenges and the impact of working with a product that is competing on a global market;
  • You can work from anywhere;
  • Self-time management;
  • Commissions from 10 to 20%: if you are an average salesperson, you will make about $20,000 to $50,000 per year. If you are a sales superstar, you have the uncapped earning potential of $100k+ per year. Do not apply if you don't think you can excel in this position.
