Give every employee the ability to integrate work and life seamlessly.
Twic is a modern-day benefits platform that gives employees the freedom to choose health and wellness options that are right for them.
Employers have begun to realize that there will never be a one-size-fits-all design when it comes to employee benefits. We're making it easier for companies to buid a modern, easy-to-use and personal benefits experience to meet employees where they are.
Twic grew 5x last year and has helped innovative companies like Stripe, Zoom, Square and many others reinvent their benefits through our beautifully designed and user-centric product experience. Join our growing design team and help us make benefits work for the employees!
Our designer to developer ratio is 1:4
Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating customer pain points into ideas that form disruptive new products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them
Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly access viability, and design the fine-grained details of interactions
Iterate based on feedback from the whole team and work closely with engineers as they build and ship ideas
You may be fit for this role if you:
5+ years experience designing software products and systems, not just websites.
Experienced with the UI/UX of modern products, for both webapp and mobile.
The ability to create beautiful high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Sketch, Zeplin, etc.
The ability to create prototypes using Invision and others.
An appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem solving through to detailed UI and visual design
Excellent communicator of design work and your rationale behind proposals
Excellent self starter who can deeply collaborate with engineers
We're looking for a portfolio that clearly outlines the problems you were tackling with your design work. It should touch on the process you applied to tackling the challenges, rather than focusing just on visuals and landing pages. Your portfolio should be well structured and clear. Your experience should focus on designing software products.
