Our novel solution has won awards from prominent industry organizations, such as the American Medical Association, American Heart Association, American College of Emergency Physicians and Cleveland Clinic.

We are currently looking for a rock star Customer Success Manager/Specialist (full-time or part-time) to join in our fast growing team in New York City.

Job Description:
•Manage the operations of Twiage's pre-hospital communication technology and customer relations with multiple hospital and EMS clients;
•Follow and contribute to the Customer Success Manual to implement hospital and EMS clients’ onboarding process;
•Communicate and coordinate with hospital project management and IT security personnel during pre and post launches;
•Provide hands-on IT application training to hospital staff and EMS crews;
•Analyze and report account activities and utilization data to clients routinely;
•Provide timely and effective client services to maintain high client retentions;
•Proactively Identify opportunities and challenges from clients and share client feedback with the product, technical and executive teams to improve product platforms and client experience;
•Think strategically about upselling opportunities and how to improve product offering and user friendless.

•Candidates must resides in the New York City Tri-State Area and be able to commute daily to our Lower Manhattan Office;
•EMS or hospital ED work experience is a must;
•Minimum of 1 years of professional experience at training or customer service role in the healthcare industry;
•Highly detail oriented, proactive and self-disciplined, providing prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries;
•Proven track records in consistently meeting and exceeding client satisfactions at previous jobs;
•Entrepreneurial-minded strategic thinker with a passion to work for a fast paced and game changing healthcare startup company to improve life-saving patient care;
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and very good at making presentations;
•IT savvy in general with a good understanding of web and mobile technologies and high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software and various communication tools;
•Having a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) in the regional markets;
•4-year college degree;
•Authorized to work in the U.S.;
