Growth Strategy
• Design and implement growth experiments which focus on acquisition, retention and re-engagement of TUSOL customers and subscribers
• Design and implement a comprehensive performance plan and attribution analytics framework for accurate reporting
• Find gaps and opportunities in our marketing funnel to optimize our channels
• Develop insights from rigorous analysis of quantitative and qualitative campaign data
• Work with Founder to help drive innovation, define roadmap, and design of new products to deliver against company goals
• Lead the ideation and execution of product changes and improvements to drive growth
Paid Media
• Manage digital marketing strategy and media buying across Facebook, Google and Pinterest to improve ROI and structure for scale
• Work with creative contractors to develop cutting edge, high quality direct marketing materials and lead the team through error-free execution
• Own the day-to-day management of acquisition campaigns through various channels
• Test landing pages to improve conversion rate and AOV
Email Marketing & SMS
• Boost conversion rates within our B2C marketing funnel, from initial contact to purchase and retention
• Drive email list growth
• Launch SMS channel and test for acquisition and retention
• Set up tests to report, analyze and optimize results
• Lifecycle Marketing optimization through email campaigns and automations to improve lifetime value and retention
SEO & Organic Traffic
• Actively perform SEO and other search optimization techniques to maximize organic qualified traffic to the site
• Work with the content team to run tests and identify content that generates highest engagement and conversion rates
