We’re looking for an Office Manager to help us manage and support our growing team across two adjacent office spaces in Little Italy, San Diego.

As our Office Manager at Trust & Will, you’ll work closely with the founding executives to enhance productivity and efficiency across all teams as we grow. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and a passion for delivering strategic value in a fast-paced environment. This position has the opportunity to grow into a people-ops leadership role as the team continues to meet goals and scale.

We believe that our Office Manager is one of our most important roles: you’ll be the public face of our company and will give many of our guests and new team members their first impression of Trust & Will's culture. As our Office Manager, you’ll have an amazing opportunity to shape Trust & Will's office experience and culture, and you’ll get to be an instrumental person on our close-knit team.

About you

You're a people person with a background in customer service and support — not afraid to get your hands dirty to get things done. You have a keen eye for interior design and a passion for creating experiences through environment and aesthetics. You can balance efficiency over extravagance and find creative ways to enhance our overall work environment, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed.

– 1+ years of customer service, office support, or administrative work
– Strong attention to detail and scheduling skills to organize and manage calendars
– Ability to work in a flexible, fast-changing environment and respond to needs quickly
– Highly proficient in Google Apps, particularly Google Calendar, and Google Docs
– B.A. or B.S. preferred
– Extremely proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills
– Startup hustle and energy
– Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs

You will

– Create and maintain the ultimate employee experience through the office environment and aesthetics
– Manage special projects, working under pressure with high-performance standards
– Plan and manage team events including regular social events, external events, holiday parties, and offsite retreats
– Manage an office budget
– Manage team swag
– Handle booking and coordinating logistics for international and domestic travel
– Manage office space and work environment including making sure the office is kept clean, supplied, organized and in working order
– Coordinate guest arrival, desk set-up, and office maintenance
– Assist with new hire onboarding
– Assist with thinking creatively about the Trust & Will customer experience, and build experiences that are above expectations
– Assist with Trust & Will's office experience, ensuring both guests and employees have a positive, productive and functional office environment
– Greet visitors to Trust & Will and ensure they’re properly checked in
– Provide visitors with an excellent experience - connecting them with wifi info, offering refreshments, answering questions
– Assist with shipping, mail delivery, sorting, storage, and notification systems, as well as our UPS/USPS/FedEx relationships
– Act as a point of contact for the Trust & Will team seeking help navigating all aspects of their workplace; both in-person, and by email/Slack
– Assist with Trust & Will's office experience, ensuring both guests and employees have a positive, productive and functional office environment
– Order office supplies and snacks and keep inventory in stock
