TrueLayer’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team’s main mission is to help the company grow and scale. They help identify, attract, and select the very best talents in the market. In light of our recent Series-C funding, TrueLayer plans to at least double in size and establish a physical presence in new countries. The TA will be at the heart of these efforts, and needs help.

As our Talent Coordinator, you will be the face of TrueLayer with candidates on their journey to become Truelayeristas. We want to give every candidate the best possible experience with us, by making them feel comfortable and supported throughout the interview process. A new job is a major milestone and we also want that experience to be enjoyable and stress-free for all new joiners.

Our Talent team is growing, and there’s still lots to do to improve our hiring processes, specially at scale. If you join us, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills and get involved in a variety of Talent and People projects to make TrueLayer the best place to work at.

As our Talent Coordinator, you will:

* Support teams making our hiring processes run like clockwork;
** Help schedule every stage of the hiring process (booking interviews, arranging flights and travel)
** Help with pre-joining administration (references, contracts, visa sponsorship, relocation assistance)

* Work closely with the People and IT team when onboarding all new joiners;
** Be their main point of contact until they join including

** Welcome them on their first day

* Help Talent Acquisition Partner with sourcing;
** Use a variety of tools and methods to identify and engage the best technical talent across the UK and Europe

* Attend and help organise hiring-related events.

Requirements

What we need from you:

* Excellent communication skills;
* Great multi-tasking and prioritisation skills;
* Love to deal with people;
* Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline;
* Experience with a CRM, HR database, or ATS software;
* Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.

Nice to haves:

* Previous work experience in an HR/People or in a Talent/Recruiting function;
* A good grasp of how web, software and mobile applications work, and a curiosity for continuous learning.
