We’re looking for an entrepreneurial person to join our sales team. Hopefully, that's you!

As our talented sales hire you will have a hybrid sales role and you'll help us build our outbound process, refine messaging, conduct discovery and demo calls and close deals.

It will be outbound for companies larger than 25 employees (deal size $10-20k ARR) but for inbounds smaller than that, you can hang on and take a deal to close. You will be selling to product-savvy people

You will work with a small but extremely talented cross-functional team to make magic happen. You will be a key member of the Tribe team and a critical driver in our effort to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.

This position is based in Toronto, ON.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive new revenue by qualifying leads and taking them through the sales funnel to closure.
- Become a Customer-2-Customer Community expert and run demos of the platform for prospective clients
- Identify & research and qualify new customers & leads
- Meet with customers in person to build strong relationships and progress deals forward
- Assist buyers through the purchasing process by qualifying, negotiating and closing sales opportunities
- Max out your efficiency using Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
- Work closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to drive the business forward

About You:
Here are some of the "must haves" to be successful in this role:

- At least 2-4 years experience in a full sales cycle/closing sales role (preferably B2B SaaS) with a track record of hitting quota.
- A solid understanding of B2B Solution Sales in order to help buyers navigate and manage their internal purchasing processes.
- Organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Captivating communication skills
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals between $10k-20k/year or more
- A drive to innovate and think creatively
- Worked at a startup (< 50 employees) or started something yourself
- Strong references that endorse your performance
- You love technology and the world of digital customer experience
