Responsibilities:
You will be working closely with the Head of Business Operations and Travel Operations and Accounting teams at TravelBank. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the travel accounting processes and reports are timely and accurate.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Submit and maintain timely and accurate weekly ARC reports and reconciliations
• Database reconciliations
• Provide investigative research into debit memos, and ensure timely payment
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all charges and refunds for our customers
• Provide receipts to customers for ancillary services
• Support Travel Operations and Customer Success teams in providing receipts and accounting reconciliation support to our customers’ finance teams
• Provide support to Accounting team in reporting and collecting commissions due
• Manage and deliver key reports for Travel Operations and Accounting team including: agent productivity, forecasted commissions, reconciliations, etc.
• Ad hoc projects

Professional Requirements/Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with ARC reporting and reconciliations
• Proficient in TRAMS and general familiarity with accounting/business software (Netsuite, Quickbooks, etc.)
• Must have current ARC accreditation
• Experience with Apollo GDS a strong bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of U.S. and travel accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred

• “Startup mindset” in terms of being willing to roll up your sleeves to fix issues
• Strong analytical, investigative and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (must be able to speak English clearly)
• Understands confidentiality issues and is able to protect personally identifiable information
