Summary -

We are hiring for Sales Executive/Account Manager position with experience in selling Research and/or consulting/advisory services to the CXO’s and the boards across industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing our total service portfolio and will have strong expertise in new business sales, account management and account planning. This is an exciting opportunity to join a sales force as a trusted advisor to CXOs and at the front lines of our business.

Responsibility-
Quota responsibility for the set of accounts and territories assigned. Responsibility includes new business development as well as growth from existing accounts.
Responsibility for the coverage of territory from Trasers products and services perspective. Ensure proper account management resulting in retention and growth of business
Maintain optimal level of activities to keep a healthy pipeline
Maintain forecast accuracy
Have a consultative sales approach with prospects and clients and always strive to deliver value to the CXO’s business issues
Flawless execution on Trasers sales processes and methodologies
Maintain industry, role and competitive knowledge

Take ownership of your own professional development
Minimum 10+ years of proven consultative sales experience in the Technology/Digital Transformation space
Consistently over achieved sales targets
Proficiency in Territory planning and Account Management
Ability to understand customer business issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide decision support to global organizations
Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within medium and large organizations
Have a constructive and meaningful dialogue at the CXO level
Strong organizational skills to navigate interdepartmental resources and coordinate across lines of business
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
