In order to transform the experience from individual enlightenment toward a team-centric information exchange,  Trasers has also created a total digital collaboration platform. With the help of this platform, readers can make and exchange notes, share feedback, ask questions and collaborate with their teams using research. 
With the combination of a focus on digital transformations, fact based insights, a digital experience and a professional network- we are disrupting the business research industry. Trasers is launching in June 2019.

In this role you will be supporting our Chief of Staff, CEO, and our Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role you will be supporting our Chief of Staff, CEO, and our Director of Talent Acquisition.

* Be the main support and administrative for Trasers Chief of Staff and CEO
* Organize schedules for executives in the company
* Help to support the Director of Talent Acquisition by handling scheduling of candidate interviews, travel when required, and job postings
* Reconciliation of expense reports
* Help with the onboarding of new hired
* Support HR when necessary
* Help with office management tasks

About You
* 3-5 years of executive administration experience
* Strong ability to manage multiple calendars and schedules
* Excellent experience with the Microsoft Suite of products
* Experience reconciling expense reports
* Top notch organizational and communication skills
* Upbeat, positive attitude with great energy
* Ability to be in the office 5 days per week
* Desire to work for a growing startup

Over the past year, Trasers has collected data from over 5,000 companies, and 9,200 business and IT leaders. We’ve analyzed over 1 million data points and have developed hundreds of reports, tailored by industry and role. These are now being internationalized into 10 different languages for worldwide publication and collaboration.
