The VP of Marketing will be responsible for the entire scope of marketing for Trasers LIVE! You will focus on brand development, leveraging a mix of offline channels and events. This endeavor includes PR, awards & recognitions, analyst and leadership branding, content development, field marketing support, alliances and partnerships, and, above all, events organization and execution across various geographic locations globally. In addition, you will collaborate with the digital team for all online/digital marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities - Strategic Vision & Leadership
* Develop the strategic marketing plan for Trasers, including building out and managing the team
* Define both short- and long-term marketing objectives for Trasers
* Monitor competition and market trends to align Trasers strategy
* Oversee the complete operation of the marketing function at Trasers
* Create and manage Trasers budgets to improve cost efficiencies
* Review and report Trasers KPIs and ROI.

Responsibilities - Brand Development
* Develop and execute targeted campaigns for brand development – this include extensive PR campaigns, awards and recognitions, etc.
* Own all content development for all marketing and sales initiatives, including but not limited to the following: website content, blogs, articles, whitepapers, communications content, collateral content, etc.
* Develop and execute targeted campaigns for elevating the analyst and leadership branding
* Build industry alliances and partnerships for successful promotion of brand and opportunity development;
* Strategize, build, and drive co-branded, go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities - Events
* Build annual events calendar covering all key global locations
* Deploy geo-specific teams to drive events locally
* Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives, managing venues, logistics, operations, entertainment, and communications
* Drive attendee sign-up campaigns and drive high attendance and revenue

Responsibilities - People Management
* Build the team, set performance expectations, evaluate performance and guide the team to exceed performance expectations
* Coach the team and plan for their learning and development
* Build a succession plan for the key roles in the team
* Build a high-performance culture team.

* The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is client-focused, with proven expertise in marketing and events;
* Meticulous and dependable and optimistic and persistent in the execution of marketing plans
* Proven ability to bring the best out of teams, investing in their development and striking the right balance between      tasks and relationships
* Process-oriented, with the authority to oversee processes for cost and time efficiencies
* Proven track record of networking skills which you have leveraged for yourself and your organization
* Enjoys travel, seeing new places and meeting new people – it is the heart of what we do!
