Trapica is looking for a full-time SEO Specialist to join our dynamic New team! The SEO Specialist’s primary goal is to execute successful SEO optimization in order to maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines for Trapica's website.


Key Responsibilities

Research and Competitive Analysis: Create a content optimization strategy for new and old accounts. Including specific content recommendations, local business listings optimization and tweaking social media optimization as needed.

Oversee Campaign: Monitor campaign through its life cycle, routinely complete audits and make both on and off-site fixes in order to keep the campaign performing at or above goals.

Optimize: Ability to strategically optimize on-site information including, back-link building, meta-tags, h-tags, and alt-tags.

Communicate Results: Report on key metrics. Identify trends, successes, and opportunities for improved outcomes. Communicate results and complex concepts in simple language to clients who may not have in-depth SEO knowledge.

Team Player: Lead conversations and give presentations during our SEO team knowledge shares on hot topics in the industry and help continue to invest in the team’s personal as well as the department’s growth.

Must Haves

Minimum 2 years of SEO experience, including local SEO and business listing experience.

Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console (Webmaster Tools). Additional experience with Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMrush is strongly preferred.

Ability to identify and navigate technical hurdles such as Webmaster/Search Console diagnostic issues, server and crawl errors. Troubleshoot site penalties: Google My Business suspensions and Schema challenges.

Advanced knowledge and understanding of website best practices and factors which influence rankings and indexation within search engines.

Highly organized, proactive with a proven track record of delivering results that drive organic search traffic growth.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to dig extensively into metrics and analytics.
