The Role

TransferChain is seeking a Market Segmentation and Customer Retention Specialist to develop the company’s marketing strategies and to scale the brand. This position is responsible for leading all market segmentation and targeting efforts across the organization and collaborating with related internal & external teams and solution partners.

Role Description: (Responsibilities)
- Lead, create and execute market segmentation and contact strategies to drive business objectives aiming to increase customer retention, order frequency, lifetime value, profitability, etc.
- Develop strategies to optimize business impact across marketing campaigns including product affinity, channel affinity, purchase path, life-cycle, customer LTV & other ad hoc segments
- Support marketing and communication teams in defining campaign targets to increase channel engagement and productivity through customer targeting, communication frequency analyses and trigger testing.
- Develop reporting and insights that accurately and appropriately measure the performance of each integrated campaign over varying periods. Effectively communicate results to company executives to help drive organizational change.
- Drive weekly & monthly reporting and profiling of our customer base that is both qualitative and quantitative
- Partner with communications team to develop, implement, and track integrated content, promotions, offerings, and creative campaigns to drive growth and customer value
- Partner with marketing, finance, IT teams to create and enhance segmentation and predictive models, marketing databases, and other systems required to effectively deploy our CRM strategy across the organization
- Serve as principal marketing lead on CRM database technical management and optimization
- Identify customer life-cycle stages. Implement email flows to nurture customers at each phase of their journey.

Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of Marketing experience, ideally in a Tech company
- Previous experience creating & implementing creative marketing strategies (ideally in a tech space and/or with software firms)
- A big picture thinker, who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering impactful sales training
- Natural interest in technology, with a talent for understanding complex tech and ability to explain it in simple terms to others
- Persuasive, entrepreneurial and a “make things happen” attitude
- Successful track record of creating world class brand marketing strategies and programs
- Experienced collaborating with Social Media Marketing, Public Relations and communications
- Knowledge and experience in brand analysis and strategic planning
- Team player that can work collaboratively with all organizations and team members across the entire company
- An ability to lead complex projects and implementation across business groups and functions
- Effective and clear communication skills, both written and verbal in both English and Turkish.
