The Opportunity:
Consumers are embracing online retail and brands spend a lot of time and energy building products and driving sales through ecommerce. The ecommerce channel can be a source of fast growth and innovation, but it can also be a source of clutter, guesswork, and unclear profitability — so it's increasingly important that brands use a quantitative trading platform that uses real-time algorithms and insights to reveal the actions they need to grow. For each brand, helping to improve and inform the ecommerce trader's results, while helping them grow are two of the things we, as Tradeswell, have set out to do. That growth starts with our revenue team.

What we’re looking for:
Tradeswell is looking for an intellectual and outgoing Sales Development Representative to mine qualified leads in order to grow a healthy sales pipeline. Your goal will be to educate prospective customers on the broken and blurry reality around ecommerce and how to solve the biggest problems in the industry. You will accomplish this by identifying which brands, both from the new economy of DTC as well as within the established organizations of CPG, can find success within ecommerce through the Tradeswell platform.

What you’ll own:
Ownership is a combination of trust, responsibility, and personal accountability. You will be the maverick of ecommerce by empowering brand teams to achieve success by doing the following:

Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Manager teams to identify high opportunity brands across all categories and verticals in ecommerce.
Educate the industry by showcasing how the Tradeswell platform empowers both personal and business growth.
Evangelize the Tradeswell mission throughout the market as a force multiplier for brand success.
Build a healthy pipeline of prospects across both DTC brands and mid-large CPG brands within matrixed organizations.
Build a monthly sales pipeline and achieve quarterly sales development quotas.
Work closely with the Account Executive team for seamless handoff to close new customers.
Work in Hubspot to manage qualified leads.

The Skills Needed:
1+ years experience selling enterprise SaaS or AdTech solutions
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to operate as an individual contributor
Professional, sophisticated mentality with an optimistic and humble attitude
The ability to be a fast learner and quickly understand complex industries
Excellent Microsoft Office proficiencies particularly PowerPoint
The ability to present and demo product marketing materials in a succinct, clear fashion
Prior experience within eCommerce, DTC or retail a plus
Good understanding of shopper marketing or digital advertising concepts a plus
Good understanding of the retail value chain a plus
Proficiency in Hubspot a plus
