The Opportunity:
Tradeswell is looking for a data-driven, creative and multi-faceted digital marketing leader. This role will be responsible for the development, planning and execution of integrated digital strategy, full funnel marketing campaigns, website management and channel operations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital marketing across a multitude of channels including social, display, web, email, search as well as experience driving marketing operations, CRM, and campaign measurement. This position will be integral to the team and will be key to building marketing’s foundation, enabling scale and driving success.

What you will do:
• Work with marketing and functional leaders to create a holistic digital strategy aligned with business goals, including channel strategy, mix, operations, and measurement plan
• Implement workflows and email automation to increase channel performance and audience engagement
• Plan and implement digital marketing tactics including drip/nurture programs, landing page creation, form building, search engine marketing, online advertising and other lead generation activities
• Own and manage lifecycle campaigns from ideation to execution and analysis to drive MQLs and conversion
• Understand and target buyer's journeys with thoughtful content, messaging and CTA
• Develop and organize marketing database strategy, including contact acquisition, data hygiene, scoring, segmentation
• Work cross-functionally to ensure all campaigns are set up correctly to ensure proper attribution for lead generation, ROI analysis, and funnel & channel reporting
• Monitor performance of channels and A/B tests of campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement based on engagement, deliverability, etc.
• Manage 3rd party vendors, freelancers or contractors as needed

The skills needed:
• 5+ year of digital marketing / B2B experience
• Deep understanding of email implementation and automation, Hubspot experience preferred
• Extremely data-driven and operational
• Ability to multitask, manage large projects and work cross-functionally
• Motivated by the startup environment and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience working both strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and deploy campaigns
• Self-starter, dynamic, proactive
