The Opportunity:
The Trading team is an industry defining unit established to advance the industry through the implementation of the Tradeswell platform. This includes managing multiple retail, marketing and operational marketplaces on behalf of our customers. The team is also built to train our growing customer base on the best practices of ecommerce trading, a concept unique to Tradeswell, and built to empower brand growth.

What we’re looking for:
We are seeking exceptional tacticians and strategists with advanced mathematical and statistical abilities to join our team. Equal parts technical experts and mathematical thinkers, our quantitative traders bring together industry and analytical expertise to grapple with difficult data-related problems. Entailing a sophisticated knowledge of algorithms, statistics, and high-performance trading, these individuals will lead our customers to unrivaled success over the competitors, either by hands on trading of their business or deep training of the Tradeswell platform.

What you’ll own:
Ownership is combination of trust, responsibility and personal accountability. Building an extensible platform enabling various integrations across multi-channel retailers and marketing tools is accomplished via the following:

• Designing and implementing ecommerce trading strategies
• Implementation of various marketplaces across online retail, marketing and logistics
• Building new ways for analysis to support AI driven insights
• Trading brand manufactured goods across brand’s top ecommerce platforms
• Forecasting support and strategy
• High level ecommerce strategy driven by customer KPIs and macro shopper trends

The Skills Needed:
• 3-10 years experience as a quantitative trader at a fintech or financial institution
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Extract, Transform and Load methodologies
• Superior knowledge in retail, CPG or DTC space
• Proficiencies in the following languages
• SQL
• R, Python, Javascript
• Excel, Google Sheets
• REST APIs
• Screen sharing
• Business Analytics
• Data Modeling
• Machine Learning fundamentals
