The Opportunity:
The Engineering team is pinnacle to advancing the company and industry through the implementation of the Tradeswell platform by refining and scaling our existing technology. This includes managing daily technical operations, maintaining our data infrastructure, processing customer data flows, quality assurance for data integrity, and building new machine learning algorithms to automate various display and search advertising optimizations.

What we’re looking for:
Tradeswell is looking for a Support Engineer responsible for implementing data storage, architecture, and integrations to build a robust and resilient software platform enabling brand customers with the automation of insights and optimizations to fuel success. Development of the full-stack will include software engineering, maintenance, and application deployment. An advanced understanding of relational databases, artificial intelligence, REST APIs, and modular architecting is required.

What you’ll own:
Ownership is a combination of trust, responsibility, and personal accountability. Building an extensible platform enabling various integrations across multi-channel retailers and marketing tools is accomplished via the following:

Have a superb understanding of the market, clients, partners, and technology
Manage client support cases on a daily basis while providing expert-level technical support to our customers
Manage escalations and expectations for both the client and internal team
Respond to client-reported issues in a timely manner and/or per service level agreements
Communicate progress of resolution/status in a timely fashion and/or per service level agreements
Track and maintain all client communications and case documentation
Provide product feedbacks and insights to the business and R&D teams

The Skills Needed:
3-5 years experience as a support engineer working at a SaaS or AdTech company
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Proficiencies in the following languages:
SQL
R, Python, Javascript
Excel, Google Sheets
REST APIs
Screen sharing
Business Analytics
Data Modeling
Machine Learning fundamentals
Data Science (a plus)
Data Privacy (a plus)
