The Role

Total Synergy creates business and project management software for people who design and make our built environment — architects, engineers, construction designers (AEC). 

We’ve been making software for our customers since 1999 — originally an on-premises application, now a pure cloud SaaS product built on Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

We’re currently the preferred software for our industry in Australia and making inroads in the UK. We have a 16,000+ user community — we’re growing that community globally and have an office and teammates in the UK, and new customers on five continents. You can help grow our community further by working to help our industry find more time to design our world.

THE JOB

We’re looking for a recent grad, an energetic team player with great communications skills, to do the critical fact-finding for our sales team — enabling them to sell our amazing SaaS platform to our target market. You will work with our sales team and:

  • Build customer and industry intelligence
  • Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly targets – based on call volume and demo bookings
  • Research and identify key client and prospect stakeholders and ensure information is correctly inputted into CRM
  • Set appointments for sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Analyse organisational structures for our key account executives
  • Develop new ideas for identifying potential key customers
  • Be provided with training to improve your understanding of the business and product, and improve your presentation skills
  • Support marketing campaigns by driving attendance to events including conferences, roadshows, webinars, trade shows and live speaking events
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
