This role is a new junior position that will sit between Customer Success and Support, with a primary focus on better guiding and educating our inbound user base about how to best utilize ToneDen.
In general, a typical day might include:
Providing support and guidance via live chat, email, phone, ToneDen Academy, one-on-one screen share sessions and live webinars to help better introduce inbound users to ToneDen and advise them effectively
Troubleshooting, investigating, and informing our team about important issues that could be affecting customers
Continually learning the ins and outs of ToneDen and digital marketing at-large in order to serve as an expert on the platform and guide users both strategically and tactically
Working with other ToneDen team members to continually better integrate education and guidance into the platform itself
Coordinating the creation of educational material to help our users make the most out of the ToneDen platform
Being a Customer Success Associate requires:
Patience, grace, and a sense of humor
Excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for taking technical language and making it understandable
Passion for helping a diverse array of users
Working knowledge of how social marketing works on Facebook & Instagram is a plus, but a keen interest and the ability to pick things up quickly is more important
An ability to learn and adapt so that you can help teach others

This is a remote full-time position (must be in US).
