We’re looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager to be part of a great team and play a critical role in taking the Company to the next level.

Be part of an exciting startup and serve as the main marketing contact for our Sales and Customer Success teams. Ultimately, the main goal of this role is to help the sales team secure more clients and help the customer success team retain current clients. As a leader of the Company’s internal marketing efforts, you will:

Define and execute account-based marketing plans to drive demand generation and pipeline within our most strategic accounts

Identify, create and equip our sales and customer success teams with appropriate marketing and sales assets.

Support sales organization to support account-specific campaigns and key account pitches & requests

Work with sales team to identify top prospects and key contacts and load prospect contact information into Company’s CRM for communication purposes

Establish clear processes, standards and best practices for both Sales and CS teams to submit requests and asks

Collaborate with the CS team on the analytics reporting template to ensure it is capturing and effectively communicating all relevant KPI’s

Collaborate with sales team on creating a master sales template for our pitches, leveraging data and insights from client analytics reports and evergreen brand content

Collaborate with the CEO to design and implement a strategic ambassador program consisting of industry experts


Work in an intensely-paced but flexible startup atmosphere where you’re assessed on results and given the freedom to achieve them

Work hard and smart with us from day one to build a SaaS platform that will forever change eCommerce, and have fun doing it

Desired Skills & Experience:

2+ years’ experience in B2B field marketing

Solid writing and presentation building skills to translate detailed content into impactful go to market materials including PPT pitch decks, web and email campaigns

Demonstrated ability to achieve hands-on results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams

Strong project management, planning, and organization skills with attention to detail; ability to take the initiative and deliver projects

Ability to work closely with cross-functional sales and marketing teams to keep them informed and ensure alignment and goal setting

Creative and/or design experience using software programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Experience building and carrying out account-based marketing programs

Experience with CRM systems

Experience in event marketing

Production of webinars

Understanding of digital coupons, SEM, social networking, affiliate marketing, and other online marketing concepts
