What we do:

We increase our clients' conversion rates. Using our platform we prioritize and deploy landing page experiments in support of paid marketing channels. We are currently working with Hubble, Candid, Mack Weldon, Getaround, ZocDoc to name a few.

Our thesis:

1) Landing pages are often under optimized and under-resourced
2) Landing page optimization & customization can significantly increase conversion rates
3) Self-serve landing page tools don't work well at scale

About the team:

We are a 38-person bootstrapped (and profitable) team based in Dumbo, Brooklyn, NY. We care about crafting our platform for the long-term, shipping great product efficiently, and above all, creating an exceptional experience for our clients. Our goal is to build a platform that aggregates learnings across clients and automates much of our experimentation.

About the role:

In this role, you will work with clients to define and implement landing page optimization strategies, defining testing roadmaps and overseeing the end-to-end production and testing process. You will work in close partnership with our design and development team to build and concepts and product features built to increase conversion rates for your clients. You will also manage the analytics and reporting processes using tools like Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager and Mouseflow.

This is intended to be an entry-level role for those interested in conversion rate optimization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with CRO managers.

What you would do:

-Manage day-to-day landing page optimization and testing of your client accounts. To you, landing page optimization is never finished. Event tracking, A/B testing, and data analysis are part of your process to inform further optimization and improvements.
-Create, execute, and refine new testing strategies that directly address client goals and challenges (ex: creative, landing pages, product features)
-Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth communication and implementation of testing strategies
-Advise and assist our team in planning and executing the delivery of our product vision

Qualifications:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
-Adept ability to challenge people while maintaining trust (We excel at pushing our clients to be their very best in all aspects of their landing page testing)
-Basic understanding of digital marketing (ex: Facebook, AdWords, etc.), or a demonstrated ability to learn very quickly
-Able to self-manage time and work schedule
-Relentless in staying ahead of the curve on new strategies, advertising channels, and conversion rate optimization techniques
-Strong desire to learn, comfortable in a fast-moving environment
