Team Leader - Partner Service

THE LIST is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead the Partner Service Team in the B2B part of the business. You will be responsible to guide and drive the team to achieve performance targets and develop new strategies to identify telemarketing and lead generation strategies.

Your Skills:
A manager preferably in a service environment
BSc in Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain
Sales/ Telemarketing experience in service preferably in fashion/ design/ e-commerce industry
Extensive verbal and written communication in english
You are driven and motivated to make the team reach defined targets
Work experience with CRM systems and development of workflows
Proficient user of MS Office, specifically Excel
Able to confidently lead and organize a team, quickly pivoting between priorities as required
Hardworking and passionate
Zendesk knowledge is a must

Your Responsibilities:
Train the team to communicate with partners in verbal and written form
Research and Identify new partner leads through various techniques
Overview the team pipelines
Enable the team to exceed monthly targets as well as retention metrics
Control and report service KPIs via MS Office Excel and CRM systems to the management
Develop Partner Service strategy for the account manager teams and develop tactical and operational plans
Monitoring best practices and processes for partner services
Be on top of trend analysis to spot opportunities and threats in account managers behavior in order to design and implement action plans
Act on partners’ feedback adapting the team’s framework and workflow to offer the most efficient and tailored service solutions
Contribute, as an expert in a particular partner tier, suggesting movements across tiers when appropriate (fashion industry expertise is hereby a plus)
Handle escalations by providing support in resolution of complaints and issues if needed
Drive quality and productivity of the team
Implement corrective measures if necessary
Suggest and develop improvements with other departments/teams to ensure best possible service level to partners
Develop a service mindset with a customer centric approach focusing on delivering excellent service to the partners
