Core Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
2. Build and maintain a social media calendar.
3. Create and frequently schedule social media posts (text, images, links & videos).
4. Grow social following and reach of all accounts.
5. Engage with the followers through comments, replying to messages and building a community.
6. Collaborate with the content & marketing team to synchronize efforts.
7. Measure performance and analyze social media campaign returns to build better strategies.

Skills Required:

1. Understanding and experience of using multiple social media networks.
2. Ability to constantly monitor, engage and grow social media following.
3. Very strong command over written & spoken English.
4. Ability to work on MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
5. Strong research skills. You should know how & when to Google.
