You are managing desktop support engineers and you will need to have prior experience managing teams as this role will manage a team of 15+ technical support personnel. A strong working knowledge of infrastructure support, technology products and technology projects is also an absolute requirement. You are a key person in the organization and as such command a salary commensurate with these high level responsibilities. The role sits in the heart of NYC, so you will need to be local or within a commutable distance and be able to be in the office on a daily basis.
