Conduct extensive research on the current state of literature related to traits and pathways of interest. Understand medical terminologies and functionalities of major human genetic information. Assess variant pathogenicity and genotype–phenotype correlations.
Assist in growth and maintenance of the databases related to different panels, including updating missing data points, reviewing the database for discrepancies, etc.
Developing queries and tools for efficient data extraction and analysis according to back-end development needs.
Collaborate and assist the content and marketing team in providing the relevant scientific data and insights whenever necessary.
Provide feedback and opinions on established pipelines and panels to improve the efficiencies of the services.
