The Engineering Company is building a new, radically faster and easier way to develop complex mechanical products. From rocket engines to wind turbines and robots, designing engineering products is expensive, slow and can only be done by experts. Our technology massively accelerates design and lowers barriers to entry, making inconceivable technologies possible.

We are building a team of talented, hardworking individuals, that not only want to make an impact on the world but want to have fun in the process. Finding the right people is an incredibly difficult task but extremely rewarding. We are looking for outgoing, clever individuals, ideally with a technical background, that want to be part of this important selection process to help us shape what the culture and the future of our company are going to look like.


As a recruiter, you will have the power to find and hire some of the worlds most impressive young and senior engineers. You will learn how to become the best recruiter/talent manager, by assisting to events, learning about company growth and hiring strategies and being involved in the development of the company culture.

You will be involved in the sourcing of new candidates, screening and interviewing. You will also work along with the Chief of Staff to enhance the recruitment process and company culture.

We are a team of software and mechanical engineers that have worked on the cutting edge of both industries at places including Google, McLaren Automotive, Improbable, Imperial College, Barcelona Supercomputing Center and BP.

As an early hire, you’ll not only be in a unique position to grow into a leadership position but also be directly responsible for developing the team that will set the foundations of the next era of engineering companies and will change the daily life of thousands of engineers.


You will have a direct impact on company culture and growth. You will need to communicate with both software engineers and mechanical or aerospace engineers, in order to learn about the company's needs and matching these with the talent.

No background in mechanical or software engineering is expected, but an interest in learning the basics is crucial.

--- Technical skills:
*Ideally, you have studied a technical degree such as (computer science, IT, any sort of engineering, physics or mathematics).
*You are an analytical person that understands complex technical concepts and can simplify them.
*Ideally, you have had >1 year of experience recruiting for technical talent.
