The Data Incubator, a Pragmatic Institute company, trains and places data scientists into careers with our network of hiring partners across the US. The Data Science Fellowship program is an 8-week, intensive data science bootcamp designed to elevate the skills of our Fellows to prepare them to work in one of today’s fastest-growing fields. Our network of hiring partners are looking to grow their data science teams and source candidates through our Fellowship. The Partnership Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing and signing up new, qualified hiring partners. This position is base + commissions.


Acquire new clients; negotiate and sell The Data Incubator hiring resources to analytics executives, HR and other key stakeholders

Research, identify and produce a large volume of proactive outreach activity to establish new business meetings with potential hiring partners

Drive new business meetings (primarily via phone/email) to gain insight into the needs of each company while educating them on The Data Incubator talent network and hiring resources and services

Negotiate terms and successfully complete contract-based partnerships

Assist in the development and ever evolving team prospecting strategy

Ensure that all hand-offs to relationship managers are smooth and exceed customer expectations

Manage and maintain a deep pipeline of potential customers

Possess the ability to effectively and persuasively communicate with Fortune 100 decision makers (typically SVP level+)

Meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual quotas and goals on a consistent and ongoing basis

Contribute in weekly meetings with meaningful insights; sharing what’s working and not in your current sales efforts to help the entire sales team close deals
