Workshop Experience Delivery - You would be responsible for the experience of our mentees on a monthly basis. You will also be responsible for planning and executing guest sessions by other mentors, external influencers and others based on what the mentees of that month need.
Communication Creating a feedback Loop (data driven decisions) - Your focus will be collecting feedback and analysing data about their activity in the workshop to ensure that the workshops see maximum engagement, rating and completion. You will be responsible for the following: ● Discussion Analysis - Review each discussion, schedule calls with Captains ● Drop Off Analysis - Goals : Get over 90% to start the workshop, find drop off points ● Engagement and Completion rate: Maintain our standard 25-30% ,work on improving it ● Net Promoter Score analysis
Mentee Success (post workshops engagement) - You would also be responsible for the experience of mentees post their workshop. We believe in continued learning, even post the workshop. You will be responsible for curating relevant internship opportunities, guest webinar sessions, career counselling sessions and more to help mentees succeed in their fields of passion.
Captain Recruitment and Relations - You will be responsible for finding, interviewing and onboarding the Mentors (Captains) for the workshops under your purview. You will need to ensure there are enough Captains for each month the workshop runs.
