Product Owner - Agile (Product Manager)

The CareVoice is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly analytical, user-focused Product Owner/Product Manager to join our product team. This role will be an integral member of our R&D team, and contribute to the growth of our industry-first health insurTech digital platform. He/She will report to our Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with development, sales, marketing, and 3rd party technology partners to create the best user experience across our digital health insurTech platform.
• Lead product development as a dedicated member of the scrum team.
• Have a vision of the product ideas you would like to build, and be able to convey that to the scrum team.
• Maintain a prioritized features list for the development roadmap and backlog.
• Regularly engage with our customers to understand detailed needs and requirements
• Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert senior management of changes to scope, timelines, resources
• Find optimization opportunities in conversion rates, usage frequency, and customer retention.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience as a product manager
• Must be familiar with the Scrum/Agile development method, can put product design into detailed, clear stories for development.
• Data driven: a deep curiosity of metrics, the ability to identify the right metrics and track and report back on impact.
• Sense for design and quality: high bar for quality and can take action and drive to ensure optimal customer experience
• Willing to learn, hardworking and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Works well under pressure, capable to handle multiple tasks with good time management skills
• Experience working in Insurance / healthcare is a strong plus.
• Experience in start-up or small scale fast growing company is a strong plus.
• Fluent in written & oral communication both in English and Mandarin.
